Polite customer notice
Unfortunately, due to the high number of late cancellations and no-shows we have been experiencing, we will now require a £10 per hour non-refundable deposit for all bookings.
We request you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Anything less than this stipulated time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel on the same day, you will be required to pay for your appointment as staff and time has already been allocated for you and we, unfortunately, cannot fill appointments at such short notice.
Your help, support and understanding in this matter will be highly appreciated. Being a small business, we cannot survive if our clients do not keep their appointments. This is how we earn our living, pay our bills and overheads and keep the salon open. We understand that unexpected things do occur, but we also request your understanding that we turn up every day to carry out your treatments in good faith. We do also turn many appointments away when people could have had your appointment; it is courteous to let us know if you cannot make your appointment.
